Stephanie is absolutely fabulous! I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to sell my condo. From start to finish she did her best to make the process easy and helped me get top dollar (over list price) for my unit. I was pleasantly surprised by how patient and knowledgeable she was. She answered every question and dealt with every detail -- including handling staging, photography, and showings -- keeping me informed every step of the way since I live in another state. She was beyond amazing in working with my tenants to ensure the process was as unobtrusive as possible for them. She was down to earth, extremely personable, and very easy to work with. She's professional yet light hearted. It was almost as if I was talking to a friend. I highly recommend her -- you won't be disappointed!

I can’t say enough about my experience with Stephanie Smith! I was referred to her by a realtor in Pa. We met at my home in Naples and hit it off right away! I was planning on selling the home in Naples and most of the interactions would be long distance from Pa. She was able to provide me with referrals for work that needed to be done which made it so much easier than researching and interviewing them myself. When necessary , she was able to meet the contractors at my home and let them in to do the necessary work. Her partner, Dustin is also a realtor he was very professional. They both went above and beyond in helping me prepare my home for sale, as well as discussing pricing, my preferences and scheduling Open houses with signage throughout the neighborhood advertising the Open House.
